It is one of the most frequent surgeries and the ideal patient is one with localized fat, since this technique is not intended to thin the patient, only to remove excess from areas that do not respond to other fat elimination methods such as diet and gymnastics.
The maximum amount of fat to be removed varies and depends on the patient’s weight and height. At the beginning of the postoperative period we indicated the use of modeling belts and lymphatic drainage to obtain a better result.
Immediately after the procedure, the patient already notes the removal of the fat, however, this region will be swollen. With this, the final result can only be seen completely in a few months.
